Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website Build Fee

Website builds are billed at a flat rate, paid in two parts: a deposit due at the start of the project, and the balance due on delivery.

The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun — it covers the design and development time committed to your project from day one. The remaining balance is due when your site is delivered and is not charged until you've seen the finished work.

Infrastructure (Managed Hosting)

Managed hosting is billed monthly, in advance, on a recurring basis through Stripe. There is no fixed contract term — you can cancel at any time.

How to Cancel

Hosting can be canceled directly from your client portal, at any time, in one step — no call or email required. Log in, open Billing, and select Cancel Subscription. You'll see exactly when your access ends before you confirm anything.

If you'd rather cancel by email, write to hello@vaglicagroup.com and we'll process it within one business day.

Billing Questions or Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, tell us before disputing it with your bank — most issues are a quick fix, and it's faster for both of us. Reach out through the Support tab in your portal or by email below.
