Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Vaglica Group website and platform, and any services provided by Vaglica Group. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Our Services
Vaglica Group builds and operates AI-driven systems, marketplace software, and websites for businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or order form between Vaglica Group and the client, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate information needed to configure and operate your system
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you
- Using the platform in compliance with applicable law
- Not attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the underlying software
Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms for a specific engagement are set out in the applicable order form or agreement. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of services until resolved.
Refunds and Cancellation
- Project deposits are non-refundable once work has started. They cover the planning and design time committed to your project from day one.
- Payments for milestones you have approved are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to that point and you keep it.
- If we cannot deliver the work described in your agreement, we refund what you paid for any phase we have not started.
- Managed hosting and other monthly services can be cancelled at any time with no fee. Service runs to the end of the period already paid, and partial months are not refunded.
- If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. We will look into it and make it right.
Intellectual Property
Vaglica Group retains ownership of its underlying platform, software, and proprietary systems. Deliverables created specifically for a client, such as a custom website, are owned by the client upon full payment, as further described in the applicable agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, both during and after the relationship ends.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep systems reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that outputs will be error-free, and we recommend clients review AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vaglica Group's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees for work performed remain due, and client data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
