These terms govern your use of Vaglica Group's services: website design and development, managed hosting ("Infrastructure"), and consulting. By engaging us for any of these, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn't match what we agreed to in writing for your project, the written agreement controls.
We build websites, host and maintain them ("Infrastructure"), and provide consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your project are set out separately — in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement — and that document is part of these terms.
Website builds are billed as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: a deposit at project start, balance on delivery. Infrastructure hosting is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Consulting engagements are billed as agreed per project.
Late or failed payments may result in a pause of active services, including hosting, until resolved.
Once a website build is paid in full, you own the finished site — the design, content, and code delivered to you. We retain the right to display the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Any underlying tools, templates, or platform infrastructure we use to build or host your site remain ours. You're not purchasing that infrastructure — you're purchasing the site it produces and the hosting service that keeps it running.
Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party providers — payment processing, domain registrars, email delivery, and similar infrastructure. We're not responsible for outages or changes on their end, though we'll work to minimize impact where we can.
Services are provided as-is. We work in good faith to deliver quality work and reliable uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we make no warranties beyond what's explicitly stated in your project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaglica Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
You can cancel ongoing services (like hosting) at any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly, not just posted quietly here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
