These terms govern your use of the Vaglica Group AI Automation & Lead Generation platform. We provide AI-powered lead generation and outreach automation — researching prospects, sending personalized outreach emails, managing follow-up sequences, and tracking leads through your connected services.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring your outreach complies with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), providing accurate business information, and having proper authorization to send emails from your connected accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, send spam or misleading communications, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer our platform.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Google Workspace, Telegram, social media platforms, and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue from outreach campaigns, third-party service outages, email deliverability issues, or any indirect or consequential damages.
